I don't know who you're hanging out with, but no one I know thinks they know everything. I assume you're talking about scientists and all its endeavours. The idea behind science is to keep on discovering and to keep on testing. They don't stop at the first answer they find, and they remain in awe with each new discovery...
ReplyDeleteI like how the author phrased it: "The quasar group appears to violate a widely accepted assumption"... definitely removes any sound of "authority" or "undeniable truth". The "Laws of Physics" should no longer be called "laws" as we well know now they are subject to change.
