As this article states, the Country does not need to be in a full state of martial law, to be under martial law. When Liberties and Freedom's are removed in the name of "national security", martial law is being implemented. The main purpose of the Federal Government is to protect us from enemies, foreign and domestic...but not to protect us from ourselves. As the Constitution "guarantees", we have the right to pursue happiness. When certain Liberties and Freedoms are removed, that right is diminished. I put "guarantees" in quotes because we know the current administration abhors those guarantees and is doing what is can, slowly and manipulatively, to remove those "guarantees". Please be aware, know and understand exactly what and who you support and who you will vote for in November.
