Extremely disappointed in @BoxHQ (www.box.com). #companiesthatmakeithardtobeacustomer #fail

I have an account on Box.com, like many people do. I was given 50GB of space for connecting my Android. Great! They reeled me in. Now I want to use a premium feature: the ability to lock files that I share (such as a photo) from being downloaded. I was told by a rep (who was very nice) I need to "upgrade" to a 25GB account. Okay, no problem. But I have a 50GB account, so what happens when I "upgrade"? I lose 25GBs! That's right. In order to upgrade and become a paying customer so I can use a premium feature, they will take 25GBs away from me. Classic bait and switch. Extortion even. 

Have you had any issues with Box? 

Do you know of a storage/file/photo sharing service that has the feature of being able to keep shared files from being downloaded?
