To all ad serve networks, your ignorance is costing your clients money:

Just because I am in Quebec does not mean I like/want my ads in
French. Do not assume the French message will be understood. You
essentially are wasting your advertisers money on those inserts. For
example, on You Tube an ad plays in French before the video I want to
watch. I won't skip it, I'll let you pay for it since you are not
intelligent enough to run your ad on the language of my user account.
