How often do you purge your social media accounts?

I just spent several hours going through my Twitter account using http://www.friendorfollow,com and reviewing my friends/followers/following... cleaned out quite a few people that are not following me. Next I want to clear out accounts that I really have no interest in following, however ended up auto-following or something. GPlus will be next...I have to exercise a better method and not just follow everyone that follows me. What fun...how do you manage your followers?
