Obama can only be a jobs creator if he replaces all the lost jobs since he was elected, PLUS add jobs for all the disgruntled job seekers and others that are not counted as "unemployed". He's got a LONG way to go to do what Clinton did. Of course we know it is not the President that actually creates the jobs, but creates conditions that allow employers to hire more...so either way, he is not really a "job creator".
